I really love coming across gems like this. Introducing Boboniaa. Here’s what I can make of the limited information on her Flickr page: she lives in Thailand, dabbles in precious lomography, and has more style then you and all your friends put together. I haven’t seen anyone with this much pizzazz in…forever. Hell, I don’t even USE the word pizzazz. I’m simply besides myself. Lookee!
I hate to say it but Summer is moving along fast and Fall will be here in the blink of an eye. In that regard, my lone winter coat has seen better days and it’s time for an upgrade. After perusing the 2008 Autumn/Winter Ready to Wear collections, Burberry Prorsum hit close to home. The coats encompass the perfect amount of bulk for Canadian sub zero temperatures and the color palette is simply diviiiine. Of course my budget supersedes any thought of owning one of these, but i’ll keep the asthetic in mind while shopping and I’m taking note of the open mouthed slouchy sleeves. Plus the fingerless gloves and beanies are right up my alley (and budget).
My favorite British tart changed her much talked about coif. This is causing a wave of emotion here on the youbadmeaculpa front, but we’ll warm up to it.

We’ve attempted a number of getaways this summer that have been far from relaxing. Between traffic madness, missing entire wedding ceremonies and breaking down in the middle lane on the QEW, they’ve been down right stressful and frustrating. So I’m glad to say that this weekend’s was a success. We left Friday night towards the Napanee region in Eastern Ontario, and if you’ve cottaged anywhere in Ontario you know that a two day escape can do wonders on the nerves a lifetime on the memories. I’m already looking forward to next weekend’s planned escape, sans torrential downpour. Do me right, mother nature!!

American Apparel’s new Sexuali-Tee is described as an “ultralight oversized T-shirt made with Viscose, a rayon material that has a silky appearance and feel” that can only be provoked by hot summer days and humid summer nights. I dig a comfy loose fitting t-shirt in the summer that doesn’t compromise style. Chalk another one up for American Apparel.
You know, I was just thinking the other day about how I need me some paint splaterred runners. Okay, fine, I wasn’t, but these paint splattered Alife/Reebok sneakers are A-MA-ZING. Oh how I need thee. Paint splatter in general is dope, especially on activewear because it injects just the right amount of oldschool flavor.
I only go out on weeknights for extra special occasions, and since The Bug can be described as beats, bombs, bass, weapons, congestion, space, concussion and seduction, this is certainly one of them. Here with the legendary Warrior Queen to promote London Zoo LP release combining ragga, dubstep, bashment, grime and dancehall to create an explosive mix of international beats and pounding rhythms.
Daria Werbowy’s latest Vogue Paris editorial reminds me of when I used to crimp my Barbie’s hair then brush it out so bitch was fly. Brunette Barbie was always the guinea pig, but she never looked this good.
