With these Givenchy Ostrich Feather gloves, it’s not so much a problem thinking of where to wear them, it’s more of a problem thinking where NOT to wear them.  Am I right?  Pumping Gas, check.  Grocery shopping, checkety check check.  Jerking it?  CHECK!  Just keep them feathers clean.

While most savy Toronto shoppers have had Carte Blanche on their radar for a while now, many have yet to discover the sleek shop nestled in Queen West West a skip away from Trinity Bellwoods.  Their stock is mostly bod-ass women’s wear and a small men’s section covering the best from the low end Cheap Monday, to the high end Gareth Pugh and Jeremy Scott.  Bold prints and hardware are mixed with a sea of black pieces that will heighten any tired wardrobe, so check it out.  A recent visit left me with the above JG4B bikini.  Almost in time for 2 weeks of vacationing sun in April – sooncome.

H&M’s Garden collection is my first injection of Spring excitement.  Scheduled for release March 25, 2010, the collection is made of organic sustainable recycled materials and plays on sun drenched retro inspired garden wear.  So silky and pretty.  The red dress is notably the collections piece to resistance.  The full collection can be viewed here.

I saw Network quite a while ago.  Classic 1970s movie jibba jabba aside (this isn’t a movie blog, after all) – all I could concentrate on was Faye Dunaways fierce style, that matched the character’s cutthroat personality.  Girl is bitching in her oversized printed bow blouses, solid camel suit separates and laissez faire outerwear.  No wonder Beale had a breakdown, he couldn’t live up.
